Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
There are several really popular and successful Growth of the Game initiatives we have launched. One is our elite junior program, that pairs younger junior golfers with college bound and professional clients together every week for competition and skill development. This class has included both male and female clients who aspire to play golf at the next level.
Another initiative is our Men’s coaching club, where two times per week we offer skill development classes for a select group of clients with a focus on course management or playing the game – beyond a swing technique lesson. This class has helped engage our clients and students at a different level and will grow to 4 sessions next season.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:

At our facility, we have a Coaching at Congressional newsletter that engages the membership on all things golf instruction, fitting, wellness, and technology.
Finally, our coaching staff and team speaks regularly in clinics with our Men’s and Women’s golf associations to provide instruction and programming to keep all members engaged.
