How do you stay up to date on product and clubfitting best practices?
Product training seminars(online and in person), Fitting certifications (yearly), and I try all of the product. Helps me provide the customer with examples of feel, sound, performance etc.

What industry products/services would help you be a better clubfitter?
Possibly more products like the Mizuno shaft optimizer. That technology is fantastic and gives myself and the customer real data to improve the fitting experience.
