Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Beginner programs were re-designed to take into account demographics of the facility as well as hours during the day when demand was being stated. We now are doing individual beginner programs that are 5-hours in length. The client can schedule the 5-hours as they see fit. And we take a “small to big” approach to teaching the game to beginners. Green to the tee. And all skills taught include on-course coaching time. Plans are to add a “beginner practice day” for those individuals who are in the program. They can come to the facility and participate in a “supervised practice” time.

Also implemented virtual coaching using the Golf Live App and augmented with SportsBox.ai analysis. Over 200 hours of virtual coaching occurred spanning the world with locations.

Virtual Coaching was a big addition and was added to all existing client membership packaging in the fall of 2023. It will become one of the main lead generation programs going forward.

Also introduced a destination location that is included within client membership packages. My services have expanded to McLemore in Lookout Mountain GA where I conduct member and guest programs. In the past these were non existent. Plans are to expand all programming in the Spring of 2024.
