Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
PGA Family Golf, a program from the PGA of America that encourages families to get out and play golf together. Multiple levels of junior camps, from beginner to intermediate through elite junior players, we also have one of the largest PGA Junior League programs in the country, and doubled the number of kids we had from this year to last year. Our club has launched a program where each pro plays a complimentary round of golf with 100 families per year to encourage members to play golf.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I run multiple varieties of skill and tournament prep classes for boys and girls to help them stay engaged and enjoy golf with friends. I also have Saturday golf matches for middle school players to build community and enjoy golf and competing together. I have a morning homeschool group of elite juniors that provides the opportunity for the kids to practice and develop skills together. Our junior league program is designed to help young players fall in love with golf, and we provide as many opportunities for players to join the all star program as possible. This year we had seven PGA Junior League All Stars teams, qualified to both 13U and 17U National Championships, and won the 13U Championship.
