Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
We been growing the game through Corporate Golf Clinics. We do many corporate groups at Torrey Pines, many who never played or played very little. We get about a two hour chance to inspire these corporate groups of people, everything is included with the clinics. We move large groups of people around 4 – 6 different golf stations and provide some fun challenges along the way with great golf instruction. We have two large hotels on the property and these people get a great golf experience while they are here at Torrey Pines. We do approximately over 80 groups a year.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I am able to engage my students the same way as I been employed at Torrey Pines for going on 35 years. I make them feel good, give them a nice product and develop trust. Most important I make them better and they enjoy the experience. I think I have all the tools, teaching equipment, facility, fitting tools and experience to help them. Having all these options at my disposal and I use them, helps keep my students engage.
