I kept the same things that were successful last season: I did a Jeff Smith version of Operation 36 where the on-course classes were scoring based and the focus was approach to the green and near the green. I shake up the goals and games the students have each week and have prizes to the most improved from the last week and acknowledgements (a.k.a. drinks at the bar) for those with the most participation through the season.

Each Year is different – this past year I created weekly live lessons from the studio that I broadcast live to my student base using my online platform in the style of a golf channel type call in show where the students sent in questions during the week and I answered them on the net show. I did this in the summer and will now be continuing this in the fall and winter months
