Every year I do something different. This year I created a 2 hour “Play 4 at 4” program for Saturday and Sunday evenings. The tee sheet gets thin at that time, so we gather at the range for 30 minutes of instruction and warm up then we head out to play with a different format for each hole of the 4 hole loop back to the clubhouse as the 4th green is near the club house. Each week we focus on families playing together – so parents and grand[parents, cousins, brothers, sisters are all able to play and then they order pizza from the clubhouse. No prizes, but everyone gets a video of the session from the range onto their Coach Now account and promotion for the next week. Space limited to the 1st 5 families per night. We rotate who gets in Saturdays and Sundays.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Again, Every year I do something different altogether. This year, I implemented consistent communication via the Coach Now platform as I find it better than emails because I can make it in a video form and I can schedule the delivery right from the app itself. I can send out a message to all, or to a subset of the database of students on any topic I wish. I also send and email to all of Timbergate’s database inviting them top my Coach Now Platform. 2 days per week I send out a message to my database in the platform with a tip from a question that came from a student, and I ask for another question from them. I always get plenty of response questions. I am sure to name the person who asked the question in my video response so they feel like I am paying attention to them and I am reading all the responses.
