Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to developing innovative programs and initiatives that drive the growth of the game and enhance the golfing experience for players of all levels.

At Jupiter Hills Club, I played a key role in creating “The Power of 3” program—a transformative initiative centered around mastering three critical clubs: the driver, wedge, and putter. Based on performance data, these three clubs account for nearly 75% of a player’s total shots during a typical round. By helping members excel in these areas, the program simplifies improvement, accelerates results, and ultimately increases enjoyment of the game. Each session integrates technology such as TrackMan, Swing Catalyst, and K-Vest, ensuring a data-driven, engaging, and highly personalized learning experience.

In addition, I spearheaded the development of the Jupiter Hills Performance Center (JHPC), a state-of-the-art training environment that combines golf instruction, club fitting, and fitness in one location. Our professional team includes experts such as Master Club Fitter and Builder Neil Marc, former Titleist Performance Institute Director Lance Gill, eight-time PGA Tour winner Brad Faxon as Director of Putting, and LPGA Hall of Famer Judy Dickinson. Together, we provide members with an elite, holistic coaching experience that enhances both skill and overall performance.

Beyond daily instruction, I’ve established several education-based initiatives at Jupiter Hills, including Jupiter Hills University, Coaches Club, Coaches Camp, and Practice Club. These programs emphasize continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration among both members and professionals, further deepening engagement and participation in the game.

My commitment to growing the game extends beyond the club as well. I am actively involved in Coaches Camp, where I mentor and educate aspiring coaches and instructors; Play Yellow, supporting the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through golf-based fundraising; and Congaree Golf Club, where I help mentor talented amateur players. I also volunteer for the Drive, Chip, and Putt Championship, nurturing young golfers at the grassroots level.

Finally, through the use of social media, podcasts, and instructional videos, I continually share educational content to reach golfers worldwide. This digital outreach enables me to connect with and inspire a broader audience, reinforcing my belief that golf instruction and mentorship should be both accessible and innovative.

Collectively, these initiatives represent my ongoing mission to advance player development, mentor future coaches, and grow the game at every level, from juniors to professionals.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Keeping my students and members consistently engaged is at the core of my teaching philosophy. At Jupiter Hills Club, I’ve developed a series of innovative programs that inspire continuous learning, foster community, and make improvement both measurable and enjoyable.

One of the most impactful is Jupiter Hills University (JHU)—a structured educational program I created alongside PGA Director of Golf Kevin Muldoon to train and inspire our professional staff. JHU provides seasonal and full-time team members with education in all areas of the golf business, from my teaching philosophy to service standards and member engagement. The result has been a stronger, more knowledgeable staff and a richer overall experience for our membership.

To keep players themselves engaged, I designed Practice Club, a “choose your own adventure” model that replaces traditional one-on-one lessons with flexible, coach-guided sessions. Students move through various stations—short game, putting, long game—choosing how much time to spend in each area. This format encourages autonomy, collaboration, and continuous participation while giving coaches the opportunity to work with multiple students in a dynamic setting.

Another cornerstone of member engagement is “The Power of 3”, a performance-driven program built around mastering the three clubs that influence 75% of scoring: driver, wedge, and putter. Using technology like TrackMan, Swing Catalyst, and K-Vest, this program simplifies improvement while delivering tangible, trackable results.

At the center of it all is the Jupiter Hills Performance Center (JHPC)—a state-of-the-art training environment that merges golf instruction, club fitting, and fitness under one roof. Our multidisciplinary team, featuring experts such as Neil Marc, Lance Gill, Brad Faxon, and Judy Dickinson, ensures every member benefits from specialized, holistic development.

To further enrich engagement, I regularly host guest speakers, Coaches Club Camps, and mentoring sessions, bringing together coaches, players, and industry leaders to share knowledge and inspire growth. Programs like “Yards and Years,” tailored for senior members, and the Coaches Club mentorship network for aspiring instructors continue to strengthen the Jupiter Hills community and keep every participant motivated.

Finally, I personally stay active in continuing education and technology advancement—ensuring every program evolves with the modern game and continues to meet the highest standard of engagement, learning, and performance.
