Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Besides having the largest junior golf program in the Pacific Northwest with having over 200 kids in PGA Jr league in 2022, I started a ladies group lesson with wine. This was so popular with the ladies at my club I ended up having to do two clinics in the spring, summer and fall. I was only planning on doing one in the spring. Each clinic consisted of 10-12 ladies. We would do an hour-long lesson then goes in the club house and have a different kind of wine each week. Each clinic lasted 6 weeks.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I always keep things fun in my programs to help keep the students engaged. Besides doing the ladies lessons and wine clinics, I been working more with technology to keep the customers engaged. Using trackman in lessons and clinics has helped tremendously. In my junior academy I will have a daily practice schedule the students need to complete before they can take off.
