Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
In the past year, I have started a girls golf program. We meet every week for 45 minutes. We have 6 core players and each week the girls will invite a friend to come try out practice. This helps introduce new girls to golf and I also have some of my High School players help out in a type of mentor program.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
To maintain strong engagement among junior golfers and their families, we’ve developed a variety of fun, skill-based, and community-centered initiatives. Our programming focuses on progression, motivation, and inclusion for all ability levels:
1. Tiered Skill Development Programs
“Beginner to Elite” Pathway: Students advance through skill based benchmarks (putting, chipping, full swing, tournament, rules & etiquette).
2. Seasonal Leagues & Team Play
Monthly Junior 9 Hole Tournaments
Modified formats (scrambles, best-ball, alternate shot) keep the game fresh and enjoyable.
3. Themed Clinics & Camps
Fun, engaging sessions such as “Drive, Chip & Putt Prep Camps.”
PGA Summer Camps
4. Ongoing Communication
Regular progress reports and video feedback sent to parents.
5. Social & Community Engagement
Monthly junior tournaments .
Volunteer and mentorship opportunities for older juniors to assist with beginner groups—promoting leadership and responsibility.
6. Technology Integration
Use of golf tracking apps and launch monitors to visualize improvement.
