Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Our biggest program that I oversee and coach is PGA Junior League. This season I coached four separate 13U teams and two 17 U teams with a total of 65 participants. Biggie than any other facility that I know of.
I started Drive, Chip and Putt Prep clinics to encourage participation in the qualifiers as well as get students prepared properly for them.
I lead and instructed Golf in Achools at Germantown Academy, a program created through PGA Reach to help get kids in schools more invoked in the game.
Out Ladies Nite Out classes which are a fun mix of Fundamentals and after class Hors D’oeuvres and beverages where we got more and more ladies meeting eachother and bonding, while we discuss a review of the classes and different rules and etiquette. Our class size has tripled since taking it over a year ago.

To help keep my students engaged and progressing I ask them for 5 playing goals for the upcoming season. Between our indoor instruction through the winter and the golf fitness classes I’ve put together it’s important for me to stay engaged and help my students reach these goals.
