We run many demo days on a weekly basis that creates a lot of revenue. The vendors put them on. Titleist , Taylormade , Callaway, Mizuno,etc. Creates nice revenue
We run junior weekly programs, summer camps, ladies clincis, short game clinics and aim point clinics,
We have a dual membership for indoor/outdoor range that in a yearly membership that brings in 40-50 members per year
