Hank Johnson was born in in Birmingham, Ala. He is the founder and master instructor of the Hank Johnson School of Golf at Greystone G. & C.C. where he has been the director of instruction since 1991. Hank is a Golf Magazine Top 100 Teacher, as well as a Top 50 Golf Digest Teacher. He was named PGA Teacher of the Year in 2004, and he is a member of the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame. His many students include players from the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour, in addition to top collegiate, junior and amateur players.
