At my facility we offer 4 golf fitness programs were year aimed at new or beginner golfers. The indoor environment keeps them engaged and learning while also building confidence in the gym.

Our 4 week golf performance program has been a hit so far – we perform a TPI assessment at the beginning and end of the program. Golfers love seeing their golf fitness handicap improve!
