Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
We continue to provide ‘Get Golf Ready’ golf instruction class for adults (16 offerings per year) – all sold out with 16 players. We run local summer camps continuously throughout the summer, we host over night junior camps four weeks during the summer. Several 2 day and 3 day golf schools as well. We support the NC Central University (HBCU) men’s and women’s golf teams including short game and full swing private practice areas, and golf instruction support.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
One of the strongest programs we do is ‘Buckets and Brews’ for Duke MBA students held on Friday afternoons throughout the year. 70 plus students come out to the range where we have set up balls, clubs, tees, etc. plus a keg of beer. They socialize, hit balls, get swing tips. The students say it’s one of their favorite activities of the school year.
