Doug Hammer is the PGA director of instruction at Troon North Golf Club and has worked for Troon Golf since 1999 at numerous facilities around the U.S. and internationally.

Growth of the game initiatives:

I expanded Get Golf Ready program to include 10 small group lessons and two nine-hole rounds of golf. We launched this program with the help of a marketing company to promote through daily deal sites. Response was nearly 700 golfers purchased the offer with over 400 completing the program and continuing into our Alumni program.
