RANGE PROMOTION:
We have reduced the number of discounts and promotions. Instead, we focus on a good quality product, every day. Our investment has been back into the property and we provide a free short game area and grass tee, which is not offered often in southern California.

SPECIAL PROGRAMMING:
We contribute passes and gift cards to over 1,000 local groups in our community. This includes local schools, churches, youth groups and numerous other non-profit and community groups. We are going to expand this winter with a % donated to a specific school, much like at fast food restaurants. This revenue share type plan is being well received and looks promising.
