Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
We have launched an on-course junior program to transition students from the introductory skill development stage to learning to navigate playing the game on the golf course. The program focuses heavily on etiquette, understanding the rules and conventions of the game (i.e. where to stand, how to act, etc.), and good sportsmanship. We have attracted many new students who have now shown a new passion for the game by seeing how what they are learning in skill development translates to actually playing the game on the course. Also, upon the opening of our new partnership with the community-based CentiMark Golf Performance Facility, we are launching free learn to golf clinics to introduce juniors first then adults to the games of golf ijn our tri-county region. The clinics will be free and offered 3-5 times per year at our new green grass facility.

Please share programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged.
Our main programming that keeps students engaged involves our KGA Academy program. Beginning students in the program enroll in KGA EXPLORE classes that teaches fundamentals and basic skills necessary to have a strong foundation in all sub-skillsets required to play the game. As they improve, they graduate to the KGA EXPLODE program where they continue to refine skills at an intermediate level and begin play on the golf course and in competitive environments. Students then continue to work, develop, and aspire to advance to the KGA EXCEED level where they refine skills at an advanced level and engage in competitive tournament play in junior events, club events, high school, college, and amateur events. Players who demonstrate the utmost technical capacity and results ultimately move to our KGA ELITE program which involves elite juniors, college players, amateurs and pros, or simply the club player playing at a high level. The sequence of EXPLORE>EXPLODE>EXCEED>ELITE keeps players engaged and working toward greater and greater development.
