We got tired of hearing I can do such & such on the range but not on the course. So this year we really focused on getting students of all levels onto the golf course. Not just playing more but taking instruction on the course. It not only got our students more excited about the game than ever, it gave our actual lessons sessions more meaning. We knew first hand form seeing them on the course what they really do when they’re playing, not just what the do when they come for a lesson. It allowed us as instructors to tailor our lessons to truly help the student be better on the course, score better and have way more fun. Our on the course lessons increased by 6X.

Of all the things we do at Imagen Golf, keeping our customers/student engagement is definitely a strong suit of our. We have a strategic approach that includes everything from a SMS reminders, written lesson recaps after each lesson, monthly newsletters, affiliate program/product discounts, fitting events, social golfing events, birthday and anniversary recognition and even 24/7 coach availability via our app that allows the them to either send us a video or their swing or connect live for a coaching session on the fly. This approach has our average student taking 11 lessons during the season which more than twice the industry average. We now have over 2K 5-star reviews across all of our platforms which is more than ALL of our competitors in the area combined.
