Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
PGA Junior League – Our PGA Junior league program is massive with 2 spring, 2 fall, and 1 winter session totaling around 300 participants per year. Our junior league program is all about inclusiveness and all children off all skill levels to play in tournament style golf. Between the practices and play days, each child gets significant time with the coaches and parents are encouraged to participate as well.

Summer and School's out camps – Another massive program is our camps. Our summer and school's out camps are less geared towards serious competition and more geared towards creating a friendly and fun environment that our juniors and experience all aspects of golf thru more forgiving methods such as games and on the course experiences. We use the US Kids Player Pathway program to allow our students to use a progression system and are rewarded for how often they participate in clinics and camps.

PGA HOPE – We are proud to host one of the biggest PGA HOPE programs in Georgia. Offering 6 sessions a year (3 spring, 3 fall) we are able to host around 100 unique veterans per year in our program. Our 6 week program allows us to tackle all aspects of the game in weeks 1-3 using drills and one on one instruction. Week 4 we pair up with our vets and play a competition on our 5 hole par 3 course. Week 5 we pair up with the vets again and go out and play 9 holes with them on our facilities golf course. Week 6 is the last week and we have a putting contest on our Yates putting course which is a 9 holes real grass putt-putt course that is free for everyone to use.

PGA Her Shot – This is the first year of her shot and we had and incredible turnout. PGA Her Shot is a unique program that target young women of color in the city and provides them not only the opportunity to learn but also compete and play real golf on not only our par 3 course but also our 9 hole full length course. Each week we would host a practice and then also a play day which consisted of a scramble competition on the full course and then the par 3 course.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
US Kids Player Pathway – the US Kids Player Pathway is a requirement to participate in any junior programming. Any junior who walks thru our doors is put onto our spread sheet and explained to the importance of keeping track of our progress and allows us to reward the juniors for completing certain areas of the game with competence. We have found this to be extremely engaging and kids ask their parents all the time to return to camps, clinics, and lessons so they can earn more completion pins.

Trackman Videos and Recordings – Trackman allows us to record voice over recordings and provide in depth feedback to our students. These video recording are sent to both their trackman account and emails. This allows us to keep a week by week analysis of the students progress. From here we develop programs catered to the individual student that targets not only their path to improvement but also a guide for what the future looks like through goals.
