This past year we have emphasized giving our members more on-course instruction and helping them manage their games better to shoot lower scores. Many of our clinics have either had instruction then we go on the course to work on that aspect of the game or the clinics have focused on something we can work on while on the course.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
We keep our members engaged through weekly instruction tip videos on our website, doing weekly check-ins to see how they are progressing and we have incorporated stat tracking with some of our lesson programs to help us keep track of how are students are doing. We can then send them messages of encouragement to keep them motivated. We also utilize social media to keep them engaged as well as a weekly email.
