Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I started a program that offers free introductory lessons to spouses or significant others of our members that don’t currently play golf but the primary member does. This program is designed to help the non-playing members to get into and find a love for the game. It includes instruction in everything from what to do when you get to the course to how to play and all aspects in between.

I also started a complimentary play-with-the-pro program that allows me to play a few holes with each group. This program has been a big success as it allows me to help members on the course, to help answer questions they may have on specific shots or holes and to help them improve their current scoring abilities.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
1. We offer free evaulations that can be swing evaluations, equipment or any aspect of the game.
2. I have introduced a play-with-the-pro program where I play a few holes with each group to help answer any questions they might have on their games, specific shots… This program helps them learn the value of on-course instruction and helps me teach them how to score better with their current games.
3. We offer weekly demo days throughout the season and have a multi-vendor demo day. This helps members stay up with the latest trends in equipment and other offerings.
