Best range promotion:

We closed the course early last fall to rebuild our greens, update the green complexes and build a new par 3 hole. I kept the membership updated with the course changes and progress throughout the winter and spring with our Castle Pines You Tube account. We have a national membership and they were still able to track the progress of the construction. There was a lot of excitement about the changes to the course and to help capitalize on that “buzz” about the course, I promoted a day in May that was called “Approaches and Appetizers” . We had a Demo Day in the afternoon with 5 club vendors, our Golf Course Superintendent and General Manager took the members on a golf course tour to show the changes to everyone and we ended the day with an approach shot on the brand new #16th hole. We had appetizers and drinks on the new par 3 tee box and had a closest to hole contest. The closest shot won a Scotty Cameron putter and we did over $20,000 in club sales that day. It was fun to see the excitement of the 35 members who participated that day.

Special Programs:

We participate in the Folds of Honor Foundation every season. We take out a portion of our Saturday men’s game entry fee and we contribute approximately $2000 a year to the Foundation.
