Best range promotion: Find the Srixon Golden Ball. For the entire month of October, 2012, we put 120 specially marked Srixon yellow golf balls in the ball machines (balls were donated by Srixon). When customers got one in their range bucket, they brought it in the pro shop to be entered to win weekly and monthly prizes. We also had “Instant Winner” hours where the first three people to find a ball instantly won a prize valued up to $35. We gave away over $1,800 in prizes to 80 people. We had over 600 drawing entries from this random sampling, which helped us collect over 100 new emails for the database and gave us valuable demographic information to help us understand our customer base.

Special programs: Annually we host blood drives (usually collect about 30 pints), canned food drive and clothing collection drive. We offer free or reduced range balls to special groups such as local high schools, Special Olympics, junior golf associations, etc. We donate to over 300 charity events with gift certificates they can use for raffle or auction prizes.
