Since I work with mostly tournament players, I have a ” Winning Season Program” for them. WSP is an out of season program for professionals and amateur players focusing on intentional work and preparation for the next golf season.
Gc Quad numbers , nutrition/ fitness plan, DECADE work, performance/ tournament schedule meetings ,Mental Training , Swing DNA training , equipment check .

The next program is called ” Tour Experience”, for the average golfer who wants to shoot lower focusing realistic goals and intentional preparation. Measurable goal meetings, setting up group short game lessons, fitness warm up sessions, intro to club fitting, intro to DECADE, learn to practice (group ), private lesson, intro to mental training.
