Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I started a program called "Girls Golf Academy" that targeted the 12-18 year old in a group setting. We were seeing a lot of drop-off from girls when they got to be 12 years old, so I held a weekly clinic to keep them engaged.

I also held a "Winter Player Development Program" that included individual and on-course instruction. This was targeted at ladies who participate in our Operation 36 program throughout the year, but hadn't made the jump to play a full 9/18 holes. I helped them get set up with a GHIN number and log a few rounds so that they would be able to join the 9 or 18 hole associations in the Spring.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I continued to offer Operation 36 in the Spring and Fall for ladies, which saw 90 ladies sign-up in each season. This includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. Beginner and intermediate focus on technique, while advanced classes were held on the Par 3 Course and focused on playing skills. I also ran a Winter and Summer Scramble League on our Par 3 Course, which brought together ladies of all skill levels to play and socialize together. The Summer Scramble saw 90 ladies compete throughout the summer. I offered a variety of a la carte clinics such as "Lunch & Learn" which combined a 1 hour clinic, lunch, and a 9-hole playing lesson as well as "Cocktail Clinics" which were a 1 hour clinic followed by a cocktail. I find that clinics with a social component tend to have a better turnout.

I continued to assist in the junior leagues which covered kids aged 5-11 with 1 practice per week and 1 match per week on the Par 3 Course. We also had weekly clinics for 3 and 4 year olds to introduce them to the basics.
