Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Over the past year, our academy focused on growing the game through both programming and community engagement. We transformed our junior Ryder Cup event, the Lansdowne Cup, into a charitable fundraiser benefiting Folds of Honor and Leashes of Valor. Each of the 88 junior participants was assigned a fundraising goal of $500, helping us raise over $100,000 in just eight weeks and make a meaningful impact while teaching the players the value of giving back.

Our flagship program, Operation 36, continues to produce nearly 3,000 rounds of golf per year, introducing new players to the game and providing a structured competitive environment. Our junior program brings golf to children as young as 3 and provides a structured pathway through age 18 and beyond. Using the framework of the ADM model, our High School Development Group offers two pathways: a recreational track for players looking to get better, but where golf may not be their main sport, and a competitive track for those committed to golf as their main sport and looking to play at the next level.

We continued our work with PGA HOPE, offering 3 sessions in each the Spring and Fall. We also expanded our outreach with corporate groups at the hotel, running on-course clinics and range-based happy hour events to introduce golf in a social, approachable setting. Our Ladies on the Links program brings new female golfers into the game using a structured curriculum that takes participants from beginner to course-ready and creates a seamless pathway for them to join our Ladies Golf Association within one to two program cycles.

Through these initiatives, we continue to increase participation and strengthen the connection between golf and the community.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
We maintain engagement with our students and customers through a combination of the way we program structure and technology. We use CoachNow regularly to create content lockers for our students. Through this platform we are consistently interacting with our students beyond the lesson. Within the competitive track of our high school development group, we have structured practice logs that require students to log their practice in a certain area on a regular basis. This group also has quarterly parent-coach meetings to evaluate each players progress against the goals they have set.

Arccos golf is a huge asset across all of our students as a means to chart progress and help to set attainable goals. For our golfers seeking a more intensive experience we use our GEARS system assess their physical body and golf swing in the same setting. Laying our a holistic plan for improvement moving forward.

Finally, we emphasize creating memorable, purpose-driven events. As mentioned earlier this year's edition of the Lansdowne Cup took on a higher purpose as a fundraiser. By turning this in house event into a fundraiser, we not only created a service mission, but we made it a community wide event. By assigning the junior golfers a fundraising goal, we engaged 88 families to buy into the mission of the club and become part of something bigger than themselves. This impact connected them with a broader mission that had golf as the engine by which they accomplished. Not only was the event carrying a higher purpose, but we enlisted the services of a videographer to create a documentary on the event. This documentary will then be used to host a watch party to keep the membership community engaged to the cause and as network of golfers that we have united together. United together in the dead of winter when engagement in the Mid Atlantic is typically lower. Through these initiatives, we ensure that all students have multiple ways to stay involved, progress, and remain inspired throughout the year.
