Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
I am working on transforming my teaching/coaching to more on course. I have been working with Will Robbins and his RGX Team to become a more “more results based coach.” It has a lot more rewarding and my students have all obtained there goals in the program. I have also been involved nationally with PGA HOPE and been co-chair of it. While teaching in my local Sections program I am have also been able to participate and help grow the game with our veterans.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
I have provided coaching programs that center around the following: on course, group practice, individual lessons and homework they are assigned to do and must report back to me in CoachNow. I know see students more regular, get them on the course more and get to know them a lot better, than just for an hour here and there. They love it because it keeps them held more accountable.
