Please indicate any Growth of the Game initiatives your facility/academy has launched over the past year (please give specifics on such programs):
Over the past year, I’ve been focused on growing the game by making golf simpler, more enjoyable, and more accessible for every level of player. My approach is rooted in helping golfers learn how to play better — not just look better on the range. I launched new and returning golfer programs designed to build confidence and get players on the golf course quickly, without overwhelming them with too much technical information. I’ve also expanded my results-based group coaching model, centered around the three pillars I believe truly lower scores: keep the ball in play, develop a reliable short game, and stop three-putting. Junior player development has been a big priority as well, helping young golfers learn how to practice with purpose, build athletic movement skills, and gain confidence through on-course learning. Short-game clinics, AimPoint green-reading sessions, and structured on-course coaching days have continued to be popular options and have given students a chance to learn where it matters most — on the course. I’ve also integrated performance assessments using TPI movement screening, Sportsbox 3D, and force-plate data to give players a clearer roadmap and remove the guesswork from improvement. Additionally, I’ve continued to grow our women’s programming and expanded seasonal coaching opportunities to help players stay engaged and improving all year long. At the end of the day, my mission is simple: help players enjoy the game more by giving them the tools, skills, and confidence to shoot lower scores and have more fun playing golf.
Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
A major priority for me moving forward is keeping golfers improving year-round, not just during the busy season. That’s why I built my Continue the Momentum coaching pathway — a structure that helps players stay engaged, maintain progress, and keep building confidence instead of starting over every spring. The first step in that process is my Comprehensive Evaluation, where we use 3D motion capture, force-plate data, and a TPI physical screen to clearly identify what each player needs to work on. From there, golfers roll into my Ultimate Winter Program, a complete off-season performance system designed to make meaningful technical, physical, and scoring improvements while the pressure is low and the calendar gives us time to create real change. The winter is where better seasons are built, and this program ensures golfers show up in the spring not rusty and restarting — but already sharp, confident, and ready to play their best golf yet.
