This year, I fully launched our "Path to Varsity" and "Path to Champions" program for junior golfers:

The PTV program was started to give middle school students (ages 10-14) a roadmap to reaching high school golf.
The PTC program was originated to provide prospective champions (ages 12-18) a pathway to improving their tournament performance.

Both programs involve a 24-page "Student Workbook," which is a binder that includes the students Program Commitment Letter, Our Vision, Mission and Program Philosophy Statements, Purposeful Practice Plans, list of student Goals, and other Curriculum Material.

Each program is 12-weeks and we run a Spring and Fall semester. During the summer, we have students stick with private lessons and summer camps. During the winter, we have partnered with a nearby golf fitness/performance facility called "Peak Golf Fitness" where we have our students in the program workout and train twice per week.

At Falls Road Golf Course, we have specific programming for both adults and juniors.

Our adult programming consists of four levels:
– Level 1 | Give Golf a Try (Entry Level)
– Level 2 | Get Better at Golf (Beginners)
– Level 3 | Grow Your Game (Beginner – Intermediate)
– Level 4 | Lower Your Scores (Intermediate – Advanced)

Our junior programming consists of:
– "Mini Camps" or Weekly Clinics (Entry Level)
– Summer Camp Level 1 (Beginners – Ages 7 – 12)
– Summer Camp Level 2 (Intermediate – Ages 10 – 16)
– Summer Camp Level 3 (Advanced – Ages 14+)
– Operation 36 | 9-Hole Events (Events are available weekly, at two different locations from March through November)
– Operation 36 | Coaching Programs (Beginner Coaching Program, Intermediate Coaching Program, Supervised Practice Program, On Course Practice Program, Path to Varsity, and Path to Champions)
– MCG Junior League (We offer two seasons: spring and fall. We also offer two divisions: 10-14 and 14-17) Our league consisted of over 140 players across Montgomery County, MD at our golf courses in the MCG (Montgomery County Golf) Academy. I coached the Falls Road teams, which accounted for 6 of the 12 teams across the program.
– MCG Junior Tour (Junior golf tournaments hosted at various golf courses through the MCG system. Usually hosting around 20-40 players. Some events being recorded to the Junior Golf Scoreboard).
