RANGE PROMOTION:
The best promotion we did last year is that we raised our base price AND introduced variable pricing based on day of the week and time of day. Interestingly enough we also removed the lower price on Mat days. We found some customers prefer the mats over grass. We found no reason to offer a lower price on mat days.
