Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
It is not really "programming", but due to new agronomic practices, the courses here are in the best condition I have ever seen (42 years of working/teaching full time at Singing Hills). Everyone is talking about it. This helps with lesson engagement because students want to be out there.
People want to take lessons here, too, because we have "everything"…. quality range experience (new mats, nice balls, brand new grass field and target greens, 45 holes including a nine-hole par 3 (easy to breed new players), two championship courses, fantastic scenery (secluded inland valley), excellent customer service and hospitality, exceptional food and beverage, etc.
Also, our lesson pricing is comparatively low (high of $100/hour) given all of the above. This helps keep 'em coming back. We offer series and packages that give the customer a price break (e.g. ten $100 lessons for $900) to help make sure they are on board and engaged.
Engagement comes naturally with the quality and caring of our instruction not to mention award winning.
Our Teaching Staff has decades of experience and working together…We have, among the seven PGA and LPGA professionals (three of us have been here for over 100 years combined), 240 years of golf experience overall and at least 125 years of teaching experience all together. We know this is meaningful when it comes to engagement.
On another note, we treat our students to "extras"; occasional free golf, range balls, bottled water…you name it.
