RANGE PROMOTION:
Out of 2020 and the pandemic when Bob Burns Golf transitioned the range to a Par 3 Course for juniors, our family usage has tripled. We give free family group lessons every Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the summer. Case Study of all disabled veterans – free bucket of balls, with purchase of Clubs – Card for 14 free buckets with lesson series, Free rental clubs, Free grip lessons, who make a regripping purchase and charge no installation fees, Provide group lessons and clubs for 2 local high school physical education courses, Free set of clubs to all of the golfers with disabilities and our Wounded Warriors that Bob teaches.
SPECIAL PROGRAMMING:
Bob is a member of the WI Military Officers Association and has co-sponsored a Veterans Charity Event at Oneida Country Club for the past 10 years, which has raised over $1,000,000 for six specific Veteran Organizations in NE Wisconsin including: the Outagamie County Veterans Treatment Court Mentor including Brown and Sheboygan County, Old Glory Honor Flight. Camp American Legion. Fisher House – WI. The Fox Valley Veteran’s Council including Brown and Sheboygan County. Bob has also co-sponsored the VFW Annual Tournament at Country Side Golf Course which raises thousands of dollars for the Veterans Village in Appleton, WI. We currently have 80 units occupied and renovating another building at the present time.
