For the past two years we introduced a program called “Coach’s Club”. This was a year long program designed to help players realize their own goals in the game. We started the process with a goal setting session followed by a skill testing session. After theses sessions we formulated a plan for improvement for each player. To date we have had 60% of our players reach their desired goals prior to the end of their year commitment.
