The Fall Junior Team Golf Program is always a home run. It’s essentially PGA Junior League meets Drive Chip & Putt. Short Game skills contests where each team gets it’s own jersey complete with a college logo, nickname and number. It’s SO fun. High School Winter Elite is a wonderful program that involves teaching the whole person. We have had guest speakers present on nutrition, college prep, growth mindset, fitness, etc. We are so thankful to be at the forefront of player development at LedgeRock.

I’ve also done some offseason high school golf team workshops. A few local high school golf coaches have reached out to me with the idea of keeping their team active and learning in the offseason. The workshops include a variety of topics including goal setting, filming your golf swing, time management etc.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
SportsBox AI and Coach Now have both been instrumental in keeping students engaged. Both platforms allow me to communicate with students in between sessions and answer any questions they may have about the improvement process. It’s a free service that I include with sessions. It also allows me to blast out programming information, tips, and the like to a demographic of golfer who I’ve already created a relationship with through 1 on 1 lessons.

s for junior golfers, anytime they participate in anything junior golf related, they get an orange LedgeRock Junior Golf Poker Chip. At our year end event, the kids get to cash them in for prizes. Our membership and our vendors/reps have really embraced the idea and we often have over $5,000 in prizes! It gives the junior golfers a little extra motivation to show up and participate! I send out a weekly “Learning Center News” to our membership. It often varies in terms of content, but it’s always very well received. For instance, I might do a “Top 10 Christmas Gift” idea email that recommends anything from apparel to winter training aids to equipment, etc. I get a huge response from that. Of course the #1 Christmas Gift recommendation is always Game Improvement Sessions with Andy!
