Total Golf Coaching (TGC)was a new program for 2023! It was created after attending the GRAA Coach of the Year Conference last year in Pinehurst! Will Robins had some brilliant ideas and I put my own spin on it that works for our members. TGC was a three month program that alternated on-course sessions with structured practice sessions. Each player got MUCH better! The on-course sessions basically gave us the information we needed to set up engaging and productive practice sessions. Getting onto the golf course with people is absolutely critical if you want them to play better. Each participant got a Clippd Golf account for the duration of the program that allowed me to see every shot they hit and where they needed to improve the most. The program was so helpful, the attendees pleaded for me to add a fall session…which we did! 2024 will definitely see more TGC programs! Each

Coach Now has been an absolute home run in terms of keeping the lines of communication open with my students. I have over 800 students who have an active Coach Now account. If the adage of marketing to the 90% of existing customers rather than the general public is accurate, which I absolutely believe it is, Coach Now has proven to be my best marketing/communication tool.

As for junior golfers, anytime they participate in anything junior golf related, they get an orange LedgeRock Junior Golf Poker Chip. At our year end event, the kids get to cash them in for prizes. This year we had everything from Apple watches, to AirPods, to Lee Wybranski Masters Prints, to GameStop Gift Cards and MORE! Our membership and our vendors/reps have really embraced the idea and we often have over $5,000 in prizes! It gives the junior golfers a little extra motivation to show up and participate!

I send out a weekly “Learning Center News” to our membership. It often varies in terms of content, but it’s always very well received. For instance, I might do a “Top 10 Christmas Gift” idea email that recommends anything from apparel to winter training aids to equipment, etc. I get a huge response from that. Of course the #1 Christmas Gift recommendation is always Game Improvement Sessions with Andy!
