We allow members and non members to take out our club We currently run Operation36 programming which is a way to introduce many levels to the game. We currently are maxed out with our programming.

Junior Golf Summer Camp was once again a top success as the camps were filled, and they had a balance of golf instruction, on course time, and pool time for the summer. This is my second summer of changing the Summer Camps to Golf only and it was huge success and grew by 40% from last years attendance.

I offered Men's short game bootcamps and full-swing boot camps. This was a great way for the men to join small groups and really create a lesson plan on what they wanted to focus on to improve their weekly play.

Advanced Juniors playdays which allows my students to get off the lesson tee and play with other higher level players, in which I will join these players to help them work through their course management side. We will play games throughout the round, and continue to work through our stats, and how to grow on the course versus on the lesson tee.

Trackman Yardage Lessons offered to those who are wanting help gain confidence with their yardages which allows them to take these to the course.

Ladies Fitting Day for Callaway- My ladies who are in the classes, I would schedule fitting days where my ladies could go and get fitted and try equipment now that they were in classes and had a better understanding to what the fitting process should look like.

Played with Heart was created, which is a non-profit to introduce girls to the game of golf. I created the lesson plan for the start of these groups. We started at one club, and by the end of this year the program is now at 5 other clubs with a minimum of 35 girls for the program My higher level/ college players assist and coach these girls, which is such an amazing platform to show these girls how amazing this game is. The relationships are
Our ladies programs are based on multiple levels that take their instruction weekly, and then have playdays to introduce the ladies to on course time, etiquette, and gain more experience which ultimately helps gain confidence.

Our Junior programming is Ages 4-7 year olds (Birdies) Juniors Ages 8-11, Ages 12-17. These classes are weekly from March until the end of November. Drop in clinics are for the Winter time to keep our Ladies and Juniors out and on the course.

I have ran multiple Corporate sip and swings for ladies who are in the corporate world and are wanting to get the invitation to the golf course. This has been an amazing space as the ladies will typically have a clinic and networking opportunities for the afternoon. Not only does this allow me to meet many new clients, but it creates such a strong space for these women who are excited about growing in their corporate clinic.

During the off season, we will offered Rules and Instruction seminar. The ladies have lunch, get to spend time with one another, we offer an update on rules and offer a space for the ladies to get ready for the season. This is also how I will offer my information regarding classes, and what opportunities there will be to learn.

Please share any programming you have made to keep your customers & students engaged:
Holiday Clinics/ Scrambles that will allow the ladies and juniors to combine fun with their lesson plans and enjoy the process of their instruction.

For the month of October, Halloween/Fall was celebrated all month, and we hosted a Ladies Spooky Scramble which our ladies were dressed up out on the golf course, I also offered warm up lessons before their course time.

Goal setting with all of my students with all of my students regardless of the level has allowed all of my students the grow, stay motivated, and helps keep our lessons and classes accountable. This has been such an amazing tool when they play on the course as they are learning how to take feedback other than a score.

I also make sure that I take time to play on a monthly basis with our members, and I think its really important to keep my relationships strong. I love being able to eat lunch with our families and allow the members to bring ideas, feedback, and possible new ideas for future class and clinic opportunities.
