Rick Grayson, the 2012 PGA Youth Player Development Award winner and a GRAA Growth of the Game Teaching Professional award winner, is the PGA director of instruction at Rivercut Golf Course in Springfield, Missouri.

In this video, Rick discusses how he has improved his junior golf program through different fundraising initiatives and board games that he created. Through his efforts, the junior golf foundation in Springfield, Missouri, has raised more than $1.6 million. Rick encourages the use of different activities in junior golf programs, such as board games, to help facilitate the juniors’ education.
