Turtle Cove Golf center is a golf practice and entertainment center in the Bronx, New York. We serve a diverse clientele of avid golfers, friends just hanging out and families seeking the fun that mini-golf, batting cages and a golf driving range always provide. We host parties and special events under our events tent and serve an array of food options out of our cafe, Tony’s Place, named for one of our ownership partners who passed away in early 2022. Installing Toptracer technology on a dozen of our 53 hitting bays added a new feature to our menu of services, and has attracted a more golf-centric crowd, while also introducing the game to individuals who may not have played the game before. To encourage participation, engagement and camaraderie, we host special events that are geared around the Toptracer amenity. There are virtual golf outings, range specials, tournaments, games and contests. For instance, in July, we hosted a nine-hole stroke play contest that was held over a full week’s span, giving golfers an opportunity to put their skills to the test using the state-of-the-art features of Toptracer with friends. They’d eat and drink and practice more, whether for the contest, or just to better their game for their regular weekend matches or weekly league rounds at their courses and clubs. This past Labor Day, we hosted another Toptracer nine-hole stroke play event and closest to the pin contest. Awards included a $100 member card for 1st place, a promotional golf bag for 2nd place and a cooler for 3rd, with a separate $100 prize for closest to the pin.

Ultimately, the prizes are secondary to the experience that participants enjoy and the added revenue brought into the facility. After many decades in business and enduring the ups and downs that come with it, we have positioned ourselves to serve our local community, as well as our community of golfers through special services, technology and opportunities to socialize and enjoy the game of golf. With all its incredible features and amenities, Toptracer Range is certainly an investment in your facility. With games and contests for all skill levels, we can use this investment to continue to grow our clientele and be an entertainment destination for their next special birthday party or just a quick bucket of balls after work. With mini-golf and batting cages, party space and a cafe, adding Toptracer to the mix was the next logical step in building a stellar golf practice facility. We’ve been recognized by the GRAA in six of the past seven years as a Top 50 Stand Alone Facility and have our eyes on many more.
