Nike Golf to Showcase New Products With an Anchor Exhibit at the 2014 PGA Merchandise Show

Nike Golf plans to showcase their new line of clubs, balls, apparel and footwear to attending PGA Professionals and golf retailers from around the world in a new anchor exhibit at the PGA Merchandise Show, Jan. 21-24, 2014, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. In addition to a Nike Golf exhibit in the equipment hall of the PGA Show Floor, the company also will participate in the 12th Annual PGA Merchandise Show Outdoor Demo Day and the Indoor Demo Days at the Equipment Test Center.

“We are happy to be showcasing our head-to-toe innovations from all four of our categories in club, ball, footwear and apparel,” said Mike Francis, U.S. VP General Manager, Nike Golf.  “We innovate and design to bring out the athlete in every golfer, and look forward to talking to PGA Professionals and retailers about how we merge technology and design in our products – in a way that only Nike can.”

During the PGA Merchandise Show Outdoor Demo Day, scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge in Orlando, Nike Golf will showcase their new VRS Covert 2.0 line of drivers, fairway, hybrids and irons, as well as their new line of Method putters and provide equipment testing opportunities on the range and putting green.  Nike Golf will continue its popular demonstration by Nike athletes on the range.

From Wednesday, Jan. 22 through Friday, Jan. 24, Nike Golf will offer a preview of each of the new products from their club, ball, footwear and apparel categories within an anchor exhibit located on the main aisle of the equipment hall.  Also, hands-on testing opportunities of the latest Nike equipment will be made available during PGA Show Indoor Demo Days at the Equipment Test Center. Nike Golf joins some 1,000 golf companies and brands, representing every business sector of golf from all of golf’s market leaders to start-up companies, who will display and demonstrate a multitude of golf merchandise that will appear in golf shops and retail stores throughout the 2014 golf season.

“We are excited to announce that Nike Golf is returning to the PGA Merchandise Show with a new exhibit and significant showcase for their newest product lines,” said PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions Senior Vice President and General Manager Ed Several.  “Nike Golf’s deep line of products, company leadership and Nike athletes will be available across multiple PGA Show platforms throughout PGA Show Week and attending PGA Professionals and golf retailers value the opportunity to connect with them in this exciting industry environment.”
