Mizuno, the industry leader in iron technology and development, has released the highly anticipated MP-H5 players irons. The most forgiving and playable MP irons to date for Mizuno, the MP-H5 incorporates a Hollow Construction concept to deliver a seamless blend of high launching full- hollow long and mid irons (1-6) with Grain Flow Forged half-hollow scoring irons (7-PW).
The new MP-H5 was designed in response to the modern course layout, delivering a higher, controllable ball flight with a steeper, soft landing to offer more confidence to attack those tough pin positions. The irons were developed with a futuristic hybrid design to provide a specific level of launch forgiveness, ball speed and landing angle for each club in the set, creating optimal shot-making ability from one iron to the next.

A full hollow design combined with a 1770 maraging steel faceplate welded to a stainless body in the one- through six-iron giving them an extreme COR that provides an easy launch and long, consistent distance all players are looking for. The half-hollow, 1025E Grain Flow Forged constructed short irons provide golfers with a soft, solid, consistent feel that golfers crave. The entire set was reengineered by Mizuno’s R&D team to deliver a preferred look at address with maximum forgiveness to make the MP-H5’s an ideal player’s iron.
Scientifically designed to optimize sound and feel at impact, the MP-H5’s infuse Mizuno’s Harmonic Impact Technology (H.I.T.) paired with Modal Analysis software to deliver the Mizuno feel. Additionally, the MP-H5 is aesthetically designed with an elegant and sophisticated two-tone satin and blasted nickel chrome plated finish.
