Latest Equipment, Technology and Accessories, Plus Top Instructors, Highlight 2018 PGA Show Demo Day, January 23, in Orlando

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida — An exclusive preview and hands-on testing of the latest golf equipment, technology, training aids and accessories will be featured at the 16th Annual PGA Show Demo Day, on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018. More than 100 companies will be demonstrating their newest products to thousands of PGA Professionals and golf industry leaders, creating the world’s largest professional golf demo event, at the 42-acre Orange County National Golf Center practice facility (OCN), in Winter Garden, Florida. Throughout the day, golf teachers also will be able to learn from the best in their field at multiple range-side workshops focusing on golf instruction and fitness.

“Hands-on testing of the newest golf gear at the PGA Show Demo Day is a perfect way to begin a busy PGA Merchandise Show Week,” said PGA Golf Exhibitions Event Director Marc Simon. “A packed schedule of manufacturer events and demonstrations, along with PGA TOUR and LPGA TOUR player appearances, plus workshops by top teachers, promises to energize PGA Professionals and industry leaders for PGA Show Week and the 2018 golf season.”

PGA Show Demo Day is open exclusively to PGA Professionals and media from 9 a.m. to noon, with golf industry professionals joining the event until closing at 5 p.m. All PGA Show Demo Day attendees must be qualified industry professionals, registered for the PGA Merchandise Show. Outdoor Instructional Workshops
Hands-on instructional workshops return to PGA Show Demo Day at a range-side classroom of OCN, beginning at 10 a.m., and running through 4 p.m. The workshops are part of a comprehensive PGA Show Education Conference. Single-session, single-day, full-conference and a new all-access pass, providing unlimited access to all PGA Show Demo Day Workshops and the full PGA Show Education Conference, are available. About the PGA Merchandise Show
The 65th PGA Merchandise Show, held Jan. 23-26, 2018, in Orlando, will welcome some 1,000 top golf companies and brands and more than 40,000 industry professionals from around the world to the industry’s annual MAJOR of Golf Business. The PGA Show Demo Day, the world’s largest professional golf testing event, will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the Orange County National Golf Center. During PGA Show days, Jan. 24-26, at the Orange County Convention Center, PGA Professionals, retailers and industry leaders will uncover the latest trends, source the newest golf merchandise, test the latest equipment, learn proven business best practices, network among peers and move forward the business of the game.

Attendance at the 65th PGA Merchandise Show is restricted to PGA Professionals and golf industry personnel. Attendance and registration guidelines are available at PGAShow2018.com/guidelines. There is no registration fee for qualified golf industry professionals through Dec.13. Beginning Dec.14, PGA Professionals and Allied Association members can continue to register at no charge, while other industry personnel will incur a $35 registration processing fee through Jan. 23, 2018; and a $175 fee at the PGA Show through Jan. 26, 2018.
