Gianna Augustine on the importance of using PGA Coach for better lesson scheduling:
PGA.Coach and PGA Coach are several things to different people. It’s a way for the average golfer to potentially find their lifetime coach, and it’s also a way for us, as teachers, to simplify our lives. For those of us who are creatures of habit and love to maximize our schedules, making the transition to PGA Coach has been gigantic for me. I use PGA Coach as a scheduling and communications platform with my students. PGA Coach has student lockers that allow students to book when I’m available, gives them opportunities to message me through the app, and automatically reminds them of upcoming booked appointments. That has been an absolute gamechanger.
Gianna Augustine on the business impact of using PGA Coach for better lesson scheduling:
We all hate late cancellations, especially those that give you zero chance to find someone else to fill that slot. While you can’t completely eliminate late cancellations, utilizing PGA Coach has helped dramatically with this, as it has drastically cut down on no-shows/miscommunications. PGA Coach communicates directly with my personal calendar and blocks out chunks of times if meetings or other engagements arise. My days are set up better, my work-life balance is better, and those auto-reminders go both ways – we get reminders, too. I start…and end…my day knowing what lessons are on my plate, along with whatever else may come up. It’s tailored for us, the PGA member, and both the app and service are being continually tweaked to make it better and better for all involved. So, if you haven’t given it a try already, and want a better way to organize your lessons, give PGA Coach a try. It really helped me.
