December 14th Savings Deadline Nears for 2016 PGA Merchandise Show

Registration savings for industry professional event badges and PGA Show Education Conference passes are available through the end of the day on Dec. 14, 2015, at PGAShow.com. The 63rd PGA Merchandise Show, the international golf industry’s MAJOR of Golf Business, is Jan 26-29, 2016, in Orlando.

There is no event registration fee for qualified golf industry professionals through Dec. 14, 2015.  Beginning Dec. 15, 2015, PGA Professionals and allied association members may continue to register at no charge, while other industry personnel will incur a $30 registration processing fee through Jan. 25, 2016, and a $100 fee at the PGA Merchandise Show through Jan. 29, 2016. A portion of the registration processing fee will be donated to support golf industry initiatives.

Additionally, single session, single day and full conference pass registration for the PGA Show Education Conference also is available online at PGAShow.com. Early savings are available for registration made through Dec. 14, 2015.

The 2016 PGA Merchandise Show will begin with the 14th annual PGA Show Outdoor Demo Day at Orange County National Golf Center on Tuesday, Jan. 26. This will be followed by PGA Show exhibits, demonstrations, education seminars, special events and industry presentations at the Orange County Convention Center, Wednesday through Friday, Jan. 27–29.

The comprehensive PGA Show Education Conference includes outdoor instructional workshops, daily keynote sessions, certification programs and classroom seminars. PGA Professionals Michael Breed and Mike Malaska will present one-hour instructional workshops and David Leadbetter will offer a three-hour “A Swing” training course during the PGA Show Outdoor Demo Day, Jan. 26, at Orange County National Golf Center. Additionally, the PGA of America CPP Player Development certification program and a condensed FlightScope® Academy program will be offered that day. Daily high-profile keynote sessions begin a schedule of more than 40 classroom seminars led by many of golf’s most respected subject matter experts and industry leaders, Jan. 27-29, at the OCCC. Classroom seminars will focus on four key content tracks – teaching & coaching, leadership, retail/merchandising, and sales & marketing. PGA Professionals are able to earn more than 30 MSR credits through participation in PGA Education and PGA Merchandise Show programs.
