Giving back has been part of the 34 year old Phoenix based company motto from the start. Not only will Daphne’s Headcovers make you smile when you see them on the golf bag but some of their headcovers are doing more than just protecting your clubs.
Jane Spicer, president of Daphne’s is particularly excited about the release of their newest design, a Bubba Watson Headcover. “We created this headcover with Bubba’s guidance after his Golf Boys character,” said Spicer. “It was a collaborative effort that was so much fun!”
Bubba is so benevolent and that ties in perfectly with Daphne’s Headcovers core value, we must do good while doing well. We were delighted when Bubba chose the local Shaw Butte little league for a portion of the proceeds to go to.
Daphne’s Headcovers is one of the best in the biz, and I am happy to be partnering with them on my new headcover. I’ve always thought it would be fun to have a cartoon character of myself and Daphne’s helped bring “Little Bubba” to life. We’re happy to announce that a portion of the “Little Bubba” proceeds will go to a local Phoenix little league, The Shaw Butte Little League, said Watson.”
