Champ to Showcase Updated Product Line, New Logo and Packaging at PGA Show

CHAMP/MacNeill Engineering Worldwide – The World Leader in Sport Cleat Technology® and maker of innovative CHAMP spikes – will showcase a variety of new products, including the PiviX spike, updated grip models and various FLYtee colors, as well as unveil a new company logo and packaging during the 2016 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida.

Details on the new products include:

• PiviX – already preferred by the top ranked golfer in the world, this innovative design is a lightweight, lower-profile golf spike that incorporates spring-flex traction technology engineered to ergonomically feed each leg into the turf. Each spike is equipped with SLIM-Lok®, a new low-profile fastening system that allows golfers to get closer to the turf for improved stability, feel and balance throughout the swing.

• FLYtees – striking new FLYtee colorways such as NEON BLUE and PURPLE, along with an American-themed PATRIOT PACK have been carefully selected based on consumer and OEM feedback for the upcoming season.

• C1X Putter Grip – an oversized parallel-taper, flat-front design the C1X hosts a stitch-back finish virtually eliminating wrist break-down for a more repetitive and consistent stroke. A revamped embossing pattern is coupled with the same ultra-soft polyurethane found on the original paddle-style C1, which remains in the collection with updated colorways.

• C2X All Rubber Grip – arguably the most exciting addition to the C Grip family for the 2016 season, the C2X is an all rubber grip with superior comfort and feel. Utilizing the latest in material technology, the C2X was built from the ground up using a premium rubber for added durability and an incredibly soft feel. The debossed repeating pattern was designed to reduce slip and increase feel while maintaining a clean traditional look.

With nearly nine decades of engineering excellence spanning the golf spike, tee and grip categories, the updated logo from CHAMP is a modern take on one of the most recognizable emblems in the industry. Featuring a bold font, familiar color scheme and inverted green arrow, this new direction can be found on all 2016 product branding and company-wide materials.
