BOB-CAT, a leading brand of commercial walk-behind and zero-turn riding lawn mowers, introduces its newest mower, the BOB-CAT XRZ. The XRZ is a zero-turn mower developed for commercial contractors who are new to the professional landscape maintenance industry.
Equipped with a premium high-back elastomeric vibration control (EVC) seat, the XRZ provides lawn maintenance technicians with all-day comfort. Wide, 22-inch rear-drive wheels also help to smooth the ride over undulating terrain and provide increased traction on slopes.
The new BOB-CAT XRZ comes with the new BOB-CAT TufDeck™ Professional-Grade Mower Deck with patented Double-Wave Baffle System that makes grass stand up for a clean and professional quality of cut. The XRZ is available in deck sizes of 48-, 52- or 61-inch widths, and the cutting height can be quickly adjusted with the quick-lift foot pedal, allowing for cutting heights of 1.5 to 4.875 inches in quarter-inch increments.
The XRZ is powered by reliable Kawasaki® FR engines and Hydro-Gear® ZT-3100 transaxles that allow operators to mow at ground speeds up to 8 mph. Coupled with a large 6-gallon fuel tank, the XRZ gives operators plenty of runtime to cut even the largest of accounts.
