Unfortunately, the labor market supply hasn’t caught up with golf industry demand. Through its Career Services, the PGA of America is actively promoting the benefits of working in golf and highlighting the many diverse career opportunities available. Here’s the story of some PGA Professionals who pivoted from one facet of the industry to another.
